CitedGiraffe is operated by Frida Consulting AB ("CitedGiraffe", "we", "us"), a company registered in Sweden. CitedGiraffe is our trading name. By using the service you enter into an agreement with Frida Consulting AB.

By creating an account, running a scan or otherwise continuing to use CitedGiraffe you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

CitedGiraffe scans websites, produces SEO and generative-engine-optimisation (GEO) diagnostics, plans keywords and topics, and generates, illustrates and optionally publishes articles to destinations you connect. Features available to you depend on the plan you select.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account or keys.

You must not use CitedGiraffe to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• commit fraud, send spam, or run deceptive or manipulative campaigns;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, penetration testing without permission, credential stuffing, rate-limit circumvention or unauthorised scraping;
• scan or publish to websites you do not own or are not authorised to work on;
• reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or bypass plan limits.

CitedGiraffe uses generative AI models. You are responsible for the prompts, briefs, brand information and source material you provide, for having the rights to that input, and for how you use the outputs — including verifying accuracy before publishing.

• Do not use the service to produce illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes or impersonation, malware, or content designed to deceive readers about who wrote it in a way that breaks the law.
• Do not attempt to jailbreak, circumvent or subvert model safety controls or upstream provider policies.
• Accuracy: model outputs can be wrong, outdated or fabricated. They are drafts, not professional advice, and must not be relied on for legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated advice without qualified human review.
• Rights in inputs and outputs: you retain the rights you hold in your inputs. Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, we do not claim ownership of the articles and images generated for your workspace, and you may publish and modify them. Similar outputs may be generated for other customers.
• Takedown: if you believe content generated or published through the service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove or restrict it. Repeat infringement leads to suspension or termination.
• Moderation: we may filter, refuse, restrict or remove prompts, content or outputs, and suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe these terms or our providers' policies are being broken.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and transmit the content and site data you submit, solely so we can operate and provide the service to you (including sending it to our AI and infrastructure subprocessors).

We retain all rights in the CitedGiraffe platform — software, models of our own, documentation, scoring methodology, design, branding and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected, for the duration of your subscription.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until cancelled. Our own Refund Policy sets out our money-back guarantee. The 15-day trial requires no card and does not convert automatically into a paid plan.

We work to keep CitedGiraffe available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Scans, rankings, AI visibility measurements and published results depend on third-party systems (search engines, answer engines, your hosting platform) that we do not control. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings or traffic, lost data and loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your published articles, your unlawful or unauthorised use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use or AI-content rules. Where practical and lawful we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first. You may cancel at any time.

After termination you can export your articles and data for 30 days, after which we may delete your workspace content. Published articles already on your own website remain yours.

We may change the service and these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and the courts of Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
