Refund Policy

If CitedGiraffe is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment on a monthly or yearly subscription, and to renewals raised within the same 30-day window.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
• email us at support@citedgiraffe.com and we will raise the refund with Paddle for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows the money within 5–10 business days after Paddle processes it.

The 15-day trial needs no card and never converts automatically, so there is nothing to refund if you simply stop using it. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Articles generated and published to your own website before a refund remain yours to keep, edit or remove. A refund ends your access to the CitedGiraffe workspace and its automation.
